“Sent the wrong shade. I received pink instead of this green. I was told they would send a replacement, however I have not received it and have not receive a response from Laughing Hens when requesting a tracking number for the replacement shipment.”

“I absolutely love alpaca yarn. It is so soft and very warm. Plus, the Drops yarn is extremely reasonable considering the cost versus the amount of yards you get from a skein. I was unable to find it offered in the US with anything that could be called a selection of colors. I try to avoid paying shipping whenever I am able to and was amazed that Laughing Hens shipping costs from the UK to the US were only $3.90. That is beyond reasonable. I received it promptly and packed nicely. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I hope every knitter will experience knitting with alpaca.”
