“Great company to order from I was told they had insufficient of my chosen yarn and when I emailed, requesting an alternative, they responded very quickly. Delivery was prompt and I thought the team were very efficient and certainly would recommend them.”

“Great looking products, but pattern and wool when they arrived didn't match up. The pattern image and color instructions were not entirely accurate. However, customer service was responsive to this issue, sent the extra wool and went back to the pattern designer to clarify the mis-match. For a less experienced knitter, this would have been more of an issue.”

“I needed to send my 87 year old mother a project. A sweater for my 6ft son. She did it in a week! Great success and I’ll remind her to take a photo next time . Might have to do thinner wool to eek it out! Laughing hens is a marvellous business . Thank you”

“Beautifully produced booklet of knitting patterns, which are very modern and a mix of easy and a bit more advanced, but best I've seen yet in knitting patterns. Many thanks”
