“Phoned to cancel order and it was agreed that website said it was for age one and the pattern only started at age two - so was told that the order would be cancelled. It wasn’t, money taken, and despite an email from me order was fulfilled. I couldn’t be bothered to argue further as it was coming up for Christmas. Not happy and not made the cardigan!”

“They had just the colors of Rowan Felted Tweed that I needed to complete the color palette for a stranded color work throw. And at a good price. They shipped quickly, but distance (I am in the US) meant it took a while for the yarn to arrive. I knew that going in, so it was not a factor.”

“Fantastic customer service. I made a mistake when ordering, got the wrong item on sale and they let me replace the item for the one I originally wanted. For the discounted price too, even though the sale was over by the time I contacted them. They even dispatched the replacement a bit earlier, so the item would arrive before I left the country for the holidays. They really didn't need to go above and beyond like that, I'm very impressed and also quite happy because the item (a fancy needle set) was a present for my mum and she loved it.”

“Ordered some sock patterns but the email didn't arrive first time, probably deleted by my email account. I phoned up to enquire, and they were lovely - sent another email which was safely received and a 'physical pattern' by post. Good prices too!”

“Easy to navigate website and very fast delivery. The knitting needles are lovely to knit with. Only niggle was that the 4.5 mm needles had odd ends - one small and one larger. I did not think it was worth returning the needles because they were both the size specified - they just look odd!”
