“Safely packaged & promptly delivered by Royal Mail. Thank you for not using Evri, who leave parcels without knocking. Paper packaging then means papier-mache pattern books when it rains!”

“I was looking for a particular yarn in a specific colour code and called up Laughing Hens and asked if they could check their stock and confirm if they had the exact colour code as they website did not state the colour code. The lady whom I spoke with was very kind and did that and gave me a call back to confirm they did indeed have the yarn that I was looking for. Very good service. Also received my order in a very timely manner and it was sent sustainably in paper packaging. Would definitely order from here again.”

“Order No.: 763080 I purchased 11 x Alpaca Cloud in Pampero Pink on 9th October 2025. As it turned out I did not need all 11 and returned 3 to you. The order number was written on the return label which I printed from your website. I sent it Royal Mail tracked and you received on 3rd November. When can I expect my refund?”
