“I found this Comlany to be most helpful. They are very efficient and delivery is speedy. I recently ordered wool and circular needles for a special knitted item for my niece. Upon receipt, I realised that the needles were too long and the wool too heavy to knit his item, so I phoned Laughing Hens. They agreed to allow me to return them and I ordered the correct materials, then sent the others back. As soon as they revived the returns, they issued a credit back to my purchase card. I was very grateful for their help and am happy to recommend them to any prospective customer. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful”

“Not only does Laughing Hens sell wonderful yarn, but their customer service was excellent. When a package was lost in the mail, they were very responsive and expedited another shipment at no charge. I would strongly recommend them!!”

“I appreciate the selection of wool available from Laughing Hens and the UK Postal system. I live in Canada and usually receive Laughing Hens parcels quicker than I receive wool I order from Canadian shops.”
