“Supper efficient order and delivery. Returns however are a pain. Sadly I’ve had to return both orders. I’m grateful for the Canadian address. Sad I had to pay $30. each for postage. No idea if and when I might see the money in my account.”

“I wasn't aware that the shipping even to Germany take this long. I remember that it took a week until the product was even ready for shipping. The yarn, prices etc. were fine.”

“Great selection on yarn and everything is great quality. I would say the only thing was the additional taxes I had to pay since I live in Canada and it came from Great Britain that I did not know about until it was delivered.”
