Hello, Having checked our email boxes we have found no emails from yourself, our email address is sales@laughinghens.com Your order was shipped on the 15/11 and having checked the tracking status it says delivery was attempted on the 17/12 and they have left a card. “Ordered 2 addi's , only received 1, contacted them the day delivery and they quickly sent out the second pair. I received both items very quickly, about 5 days and I'm from Canada. It was much faster then item coming from the USA or even from the other side of Canada. This is my 2nd order and will order again and again”

“Very good customer service, I ordered from Germany but had to pay customs. Laughing Hen's customer service immediately took over those fees for customs. They were also very nice about it.”
