“Not very polite phone service when I called to ask about timing of the order. Poor colour quality on your website meant that the fabric that looked golden-yellow arrived much paler. I'm not inclined to order from you again.”

“I loved how quickly I received the parcel. After reading some reviews on Drop Air, I was anxious but the yearn was fine and I have now completed the jumper for a friend. Will certainly re-order from Laughing Hen. The reason I put over 7 days - I expected delivery to be much longer seeing I live in Victoria, Australia.”
