Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I spoke to you on the phone in regards to the wrong item being sent, i am very sorry you received an incorrect item. As for your packaging i will pass your feedback on yo our warehouse team but we are trying to be 'more Green' which is why we swapped to fully biodegradable mailing bags. The new mail bags not just degrade, but over time the plastic polymer molecules breakdown and can be digested by bacteria making them completely bio-degradable. Kind regards Laughing hens
