“Malpractice !! I ordered and paid for 5 Sublime pattern leaflets I received photocopies PHOTOCOPIES joined together with a metal staple I do not recommend Laughing Hens who deceive and cheat”

“Part of the order arrived with no notification that there was a problem with the rest of the order. No contact from Laughing Hens. I phoned them three times to find out where the order was - never an apology for not contacting me. After 6 weeks waiting and chasing I had to cancel the order, request a refund and place the order with the wonderful Wool Warehouse.”

“On 10/5/2020 I purchased Stock number 060126 - Rowan Summer Bright Kids. On 11/10/2020 I received in the mail Rowan Big Wool Bright. I see your instructions fro returning this item but there is no indication as to how I will receive $12.80 - cost of book and the $4.70 paid for postage. In addition how will I be compensatged for the return postage? Total due me $17.50, plus postage I will need to pay to return this item. Please respond.”

“I placed my order and on the 9th October I received an email telling me my order had been shipped. On the 12th October you sent me another email telling me that you had insufficient stock and we’re awaiting deliveries. I was not impressed with your service.”

“I was sent the wrong pattern book. Although I contacted Laughing Hens right away via email it took more than a week to get a response. The slightly terse message was they were very busy and that they were sending me out the correct book and to keep the incorrect book. Fine. But when the second package arrived it was another copy of the same wrong book. The wrong book is about one third the cost of the correct book. I gave up and got the right book from another merchant. I feel like it’s pointless to try to resolve this with an unresponsive and sloppy seller.”
