I ordered the last 4 balls of a particular colour,at this point there was no mention of different colour lots. I was offered alternatives accept the different lots or wait for a new order. There was no talk about a discount for the mismatching balls of wool so I just let it slide and waited for the next delivery of that particular colour. The promised 15 days was a lot longer and as I live in Italy it was an interminable wait and well not really a good experience. Sorry.

I have been a customer for many years now and I know that your products are so good! That is why after a long while, I reordered. Unfortunately, my order took over six weeks to get to me and on top, I had to pay CUSTOMS! Brexit... I am sorry but if Laughing hens do not find a way to absorb this cost (50% of my order) like for example Amazon UK, then I cannot reorder again.

Hi Sophie, We are sorry for the issue with your order. You should not have had to pay for any customs on your order - we include our customs code (IOSS number) with the shipment so it should not delay shipping and you should not receive any charges. Awful customer service. Wool was ordered on 20th September and finally arrived on 22nd October after emailing and phoning your order line numerous times. 2 balls of wool were not sent out as out of stock but was told they would be sent out when back in stock. I’ve checked your website and they are in stock but you haven’t sent them out……

I never received my printed pattern or my PDF. I loose 3.5 euros (ok, no problem). I asked for information by email and no body answered ti me.

Product did not arrive. They sent me an email inviting me to send a review. And when I tried to log in to enquire where my package might be my email address is “not recognised “. How strange - they can send me an email but don’t recognise my email address??!!

Wir sind enttäuscht , wir haben Wolle bestellt und bezahlt und nicht bekommen !!! Im Paket waren nur 2 Nadeln , Stricknadeln aus Holz… und wir mussten noch Zoll bezahlen !!! No good deal !!! Schade !!! Keine Wolle kein Projekt !!!

Paid for 3 balls if yarn from the main site, they were the last 3 in stock so then got an extra 2 from eBay to make up what I need for project, which I received. It wasn't clear that eBay listing was from the same shop. Therefore, I've received 2 emails from Laughing Hens saying they are out of stock. Paid my cash, no item, no refund. Not good. If I'd known the eBay shop was the same outlet I wouldn't have bought the yarn

Hi Nicola, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we really do appreciate it! We are sorry to read of your dissapointment with our service. Our eBay shop has the same name as out website and we trade under "Laughing Hens Shop" on eBay. We apologise if eBay don't display our shop name clearly when you purchase through their platform. Unfortunately, that is out of our control. Your orders were placed 5 minutes apart on two different platforms. We only had 3 balls in stock at the time that you placed your orders totalling 5 balls. Unfortunately, the stock did not update quick enough to reflect this. We fulfilled the eBay order for 2 balls and the website order is on hold awaiting delivery from our supplier. We notified you of this via email as soon as your website order reached the warehouse for packing. A member of our customer service team will contact you today via phone to resolve this for you. Hi Mary, We are sorry to read of your disappointment with our service regarding the delivery of your order placed on 27/01/22. We dispatched your order the following day via a standard non-tracked international service as selected and paid for with your order. We apologise that your parcel didn't arrive with you, and assure you that lost parcels are not a regular occurence but do unfortunately happen. I did not receive the yarn! I spoke to someone on the 21 Dec and was told it had got lost and I would get a refund - I am still waiting for the refund!!

Wont buy again!!! I paid for tracking shipment but I dont have any information or tracking numbers about the shipment. The second parcel was damaged. It's missing total 22 rolls of yarns. I contact to customer service two weeks ago, they promised to ship another missing items but nothing so far. This is the worst experience ever. Will never buy again!
