“I haven't knitted anything for years but decided to try some socks. Laughing Hens have a great range of wool and patterns. Downloading some of the free ones helped me decide where to start. My only gripe is that a lot of things seem to be out of stock.”

Hi Mary, We are sorry to read of your disappointment with our service regarding the delivery of your order placed on 27/01/22. We dispatched your order the following day via a standard non-tracked international service as selected and paid for with your order. We apologise that your parcel didn't arrive with you, and assure you that lost parcels are not a regular occurence but do unfortunately happen.
