“I ran out of wool for a cardigan I was knitting because the pattern hadn't started enough balls. I was so pleased to find a ball of the same dye lot on Laughing Hens as I couldn't find it anywhere else.”

“My order was processed quickly and correctly, and your e-mail communications were excellent as well. My only criticism relates to the flimsiness of the plastic bag in which the yarn was sent. By the time it reached me, the bag had sustained a few small punctures and a couple of tears--one that penetrated both the bag and the shipping label--and about a fourth of the flap was open because the glue was no longer sticky enough to keep it shut. Fortunately, despite these defects, the yarn inside the bag was undamaged; but perhaps you should consider using sturdier containers, at least for international shipments. BTW, with regard to delivery time (17 days), the delay was due, not to you, but to U.S. Customs in Chicago. Thank you for your prompt service and for the beautiful yarn.”

“I was so pleased with some Beautiful Drops Alpaca yarn. In fact I started knitting the wrong size, and had got quite a way into the project before I realised. Who cares, it’s so nice to knit with I wasn’t even bothered that I needed to unpick and reknit! Sadly the Brittany needles I ordered at the same time were snapped in the post, but they were replaced very quickly with no problems - thank you”
