“Well I did order from you but the order went to the wrong address. Now I’ve been informed by you that you are waiting for it to be returned to you. It’s been way to long and now I’m afraid I’ll never get my order. Or get a refund. Can’t say I’m real happy right now as I would like to order from you in the future. Now I work in a yarn store and I know online sales can be something else to deal with but we at our store go over and above to please the customers. I’m hoping this Elwood be the case with you. I would love to see my order on my doorstep soon. It would be really nice.”

“So far I have ordered yarn twice. Iboth times, the yarn I have purchased is of high quality. Exactly as it is advertised. “I received your patterns thank you. I haven’t started anything yet as I have just started getting back to knitting after a bout with sore arms and hands. I was looking for patterns for my granddaughter so I have quite a few to get through.”

“I bought 2 skeins of West Yorkshire Spinner Croft Shetland Tweed in color mossbank some where and later decided I needed a tunic sweater. Laughing Hens (across the see from me) was the closest place I could find the quantity I needed in one dye lot. Laughing hens was very fast in packing up my order and kept me informed of the status - from the UK to US. Yarns were well sealed and well packed. The service from Laughing Hens was excellent, and very fast - especially considering the borders crosses. I loved doing business with them.”

“It was a very easy process to order the yarn through the website. Laughing Hen website had many more colours of the yarn available and was cheaper to buy than my local yarn store. The yarn arrived within a couple of weeks. Very good service!!”

“I live locally to Laughing Hens so I turned up in person to buy some yarn, not realising they were online only. They couldn’t have been more helpful, nevertheless! The Rowan Summerlite 4ply I bought was amazing to work with and the finished jumper is so soft – like wearing a big hug! Very tempted to buy more of it to knit something else!”
