“No complaint about you but the Regia yarn on one of the balls was not the colour I ordered. The other one was “fairisle” effect but wasn’t as muted as I thought it would be. I love Regia yarn but wonder what’s going on at their end! Good service from yourselves.”

“I love Laughing Hens — it’s so hard to find somewhere that ships Rico Creative cotton yarn to Canada without insane shipping cost. My orders are always correct and they email me if they have only two different dyelots that would complete the quantity in an order of one color (if you know what I mean). I use this yarn with 4.5 mm crochet hook and its perfect!”

“Quality of order was good and speed of service. The low mark is because as the prices were in euro, I presumed I was buying from European stock regardless of the company being in England. At checkout there was no reference to the possible custom charges that a European country might face buying from a UK site. The Euro price gave a false impression. I wasn’t impressed to find out that my order was subject to a considerable customs charge. I am no longer sure that I will buy from here again because of that - the customs charge made the wool ridiculously expensive.”
