“The 'PowerMaster S11385 (order no. 03-PO406452} looked on your website to be exactly what I wanted. When it arrived I found that there was no cable entry point on the light at al, the electrician I employed to fit it on the wall refused to do the job because of this, l have found another electrician who says he will have to drill a hole in the back of the light to get a cable in but he can't come for two weeks so I am not satisfied with this light at all.”

Hi Gerald, After looking at the light personally, I can see the entry point for the cable at the top of each end of the fitting. There is a "10mm knockout" to feed cable through and terminal block to wire into at the back. If you are still unsatisfied with the product, we accept returns up to 30 days within receiving your goods. Lampshoponline Team.

“Fantastic service, items were ordered at the weekend and arrived on Monday. Unfortunately, one bulb was broken, sent an email and pictures and received an acknowledgement with confirmation of replacement being shipped. The replacement arrived the next day (Tuesday) very securely packed. Very impressed with the customer service.”

“This has been a very positive experience dealing with LampShop. My lights were ordered just as the PO went on 48hr strike and as a consequence, the order was delayed. The customer service advisor, Kyle, went out of his way to help resolve the problem. His solution was to contact the local PO depot and establish if the delivery was at the local branch. It was held up due to the strike. As the electrician was already booked he arrange for a second delivery which arrived early on Saturday morning just as Sparky arrived. Outstanding customer service from a British company. If we all take a leaf out of LampShop's and Kyle's book maybe Brexit can be a success! Many thanks from Poole Dorset”

“could have done with a delivery note being sent with the order as my warehouse was confused where the order was from and what it was for, also could check off what was received to what was ordered?”

“Finding the products online and placing the order was easy and the delivery was quick and everything undamaged well done, although the order tracking could be improved, although you get a tracking number there was never any info on the delivery leading to the first delivery be missed.”

“Prompt delivery of 2 x LED tubes, and the after-sales customer service was excellent - They didn't work in my fittings, so I raised it in an email the next day. I was asked to provide some clarification on the type of fittings, which was then followed up with a phone call (from them to me) with very clear and knowledgeable advice, along with options for return/replacement or a simple re-wire. I tried the re-wire and it worked perfectly. so pleased with the result, my kitchen worktop is brightly lit once again!”
