The goods has been delivered to the neaby shop instead of site address. No postcard has been received that goods are delivered somewhere else. But it is probably due to UPS. They should organise it properly. Anyway, we have received a call from the shop and been told where is our parcel.

Started ok but was unable to put shopping into cart and go to pay. Had to phone into office and a very kind gentleman took my order and processed it for me. Delivery was really good .

Customer service staff were a delight to deal with and did their best to sort out most of the problems. Lots of phone calls. No acknowledgement to my web order so no idea if it had been received properly, no notification of despatch, only half the goods arrived and then a double order arrived. Requested an invoice by phone three times, when it arrived the value bore no relationship to what I had paid for the goods. I gave up at that point :(

Marked as acceptable but I haven't received the bulbs yet. Perhaps it would be better to delay a review request until after the customer has received the items ordered. Thanks

Were helpful in sending replacements for goods damaged by ups on two occasions without question.

The bulbs arrives promptly, but the packaging left a lot to be desired. (Which is why I've only given three stars) I wouldn't have thought a Jiffy Bag would have been enough to protect the contents. These were bought as replacements, it could be some time before I need to use them, so until then - I'll keep my fingers crossed they didn't get damaged in transit.

they have not made me happy yet the goods have not arrived should be here tomorrow (4 working days). No tracking information on the website, so we have no idea when the goods can be expected

Please! I have not received my order yet so cant score you? I places my order Monday the 9th its now the 13th. I am possibly out of order because delivery was between 3 to 6 days, however what size and weight are 2 bulbs? Kind regards.

Order took 4 days longer to deliver then stated. That is after having to phone up to query delivery.

Very happy with the lamps, but not impressed with the delivery service. UPS must surely be one of the most un-customer-friendly couriers in the world. When I paid for delivery, I expected delivery to my house, not to a newsagent a couple of miles away!

Good range of products at competitive prices, but Cart empties itself after about 20 mins of inactivity (really annoying) and my order took a long time to arrive!

VAT was applied for overseas customer which will be refunded as confirmed by Brendan, however still an hiccup and extra work for all involved. Lets see how the delivery progresses. Get the materials by UPS/DHL with the fastest delivery time and have the VAT money refuded to the same card account through which purchase was made.

The price was right and the goods sent promptly. Despite double wrapping the contents were squashed, at least the lamps were intact despite the crushed boxes. Hope they work !

I ordered a T8 fluorescent fitting and tube and received a slimline fitting and tube. (Powermaster S6311). This was not specifically what I wanted and I couldn't even find this on the website.

Good afternoon, We aren't sure what the issue is with your order as we have sent what was ordered? A single 4ft batten fitting complete with fluorescent tube. The brand of the fitting is called powermaster. Hope this helps. Kind regards LSO

This was not what I understand the term "drop in replacement" to be it was longer than the original and the terminals were in different positions meaning some re-wiring is required, disappointing as I did ring to check first! However it arrived in good time and should work after re-wiring.

One of the 5 LED replacement tubes I ordered was not the right colour. I emailed them politely but have had no reply. To send a single 5ft tube back is time-consuming and the packaging they came in barely good enough to use again. Emailing is also time-consuming and it is very annoying not to get a reply.
