Customer service staff were a delight to deal with and did their best to sort out most of the problems.
Lots of phone calls. No acknowledgement to my web order so no idea if it had been received properly, no notification of despatch, only half the goods arrived and then a double order arrived. Requested an invoice by phone three times, when it arrived the value bore no relationship to what I had paid for the goods. I gave up at that point :(
