While I had a problem with the basket on the on-line website, I contacted LampShopOnline direct and the service was excellent. The lamps I wanted arrived in a couple of days and were very well packed.

Haven't received my order yet. Had problems with ordering online and ended up ordering twice. Am told second order cancelled. Still haven't received order confirmation

Product arrived quickly but packaging was not very good. Bulb was in small cardboard box in padded envelope which had been crushed in the post.

3 stars only sell in pack of 5 Courier (pet hate) have to wait all day, no time slot, even tracking lacked information. Well packaged

Hi, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we can only supply 8ft tubes in packs of 5 as it makes it extremely difficult to get them to customers in one piece in quantities of any less. We have trialed selling these in smaller quantities in the past but it either drives the price too high because of the large amount of time and packaging it takes to pack one or we risk them not arriving to customers in one piece if we package with less care. The lamps were what I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay. Delivery time a little slow. Let down by FedEx not delivering on the day stipulated in their tracking email. Arrived the next day. Not acceptable when you wait in for a parcel.

Disappointed that upon receipt of my order, the bulb was badly packaged and smashed. The glass itself was packed against cardboard and that itself bubble wrapped. Perhaps the bulb should have itself been packed against bubble wrap.

Not received my parcel yet after ordering it Wednesday afternoon after 3pm we paid next day delivery so should of been with us Friday fed ex come on our car park turned round he never even got out of his van and just drove off I ran out after him up the lane but he just shot off im not happy to say the least 😡

The lamps were poorly packed in a jiffy envelope. The two lamp boxes had been squashed in delivery but the lamps appear to have survived.

very thorough with orders and communication - but a bit too much. Placed the order, then received an email to confirm, a day later received a phone call to thank for the order, and confirm delivery, receive another 5 emails to advise delivery has been collected, out for despatch, date to be delivered, that it has been delivered. Then a load more emails to review, complete surveys. A bit too much!

The order process was very simple, as we now expect, however I received no notice of the order. The money was debited from my account but no acknowledgement was forthcoming. Two working days later I received two emails one to review the product, no issues there and the other to review the company, hence this review. I called the customer service line to find out what was happening, this was handled very professionally, thanks for that and was then informed my order was on its way. Great but it would have been nice to know the order had actually been placed and this would have satisfied me and you would have had a 'Very Good' star instead of the acceptable one, your customer service have moved my initial 'Poor' rating up a notch, it might have been 'Good' except for the fact that the only email I received about the order was from FedEx telling me the order had been delivered, this was received four and a half hours after the actual delivery. This was very useful because if the order had been incorrectly delivered at least I would have know there was an issue. Your initial order confirmation process needs tweaking to address my concerns above.

Hi Mohammad, Due to the time you placed your order on Thursday this didn't leave us until Friday, it left us via Royal Mail on the 3-6 working day service you selected. As today is the second working your order should be arriving with you shortly. Ordered fitting online, delivered quickly as promised. Unpacked (took ages as was well packed) only to find the plastic cover was broken!

Took almost 3 weeks to deliver due to the product being out of stock, not notified on web site whilst ordering, had an email later, However, the credit card was debited immediately which I thought unreasonable. Should have cancelled the order so it was my fault for the wait.

The goods has been delivered to the neaby shop instead of site address. No postcard has been received that goods are delivered somewhere else. But it is probably due to UPS. They should organise it properly. Anyway, we have received a call from the shop and been told where is our parcel.
