“Good service. You had PayPal facility. I ordered on Sunday 1 Nov. when my kitchen light failed. I carefully ordered after gathering the full description from the previous tube's box. 40W, T9, 4 pin (G10q), 29mm tube dia. I had to read other detail to confirm that T9 also meant 40cm outside diameter. I chose 2nd class trackable delivery and received said item at 11.53 Wed 4 Nov. Thank you and well done, tube works fine!”

“Was very surprised that the 3 light bulbs I ordered were delivered in just a Jiffy bag/envelope! Crazy! Fortunately they weren’t broken but felt that was just lucky this time. LampShop need to review their packaging methods as I’d be uneasy to order from them again - might not be so lucky next time!”
