“I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency that my order received. I ordered two different types of bulbs however made an error in choosing non dimmable for one set. I emailed and received a prompt reply explaining how I could return . I would definitely recommend.”

“ordered two fluresent tubes one broken on receipt Replacement broken on receipt Replacement of the replacement was broken on receipt Photographic evidence was supplied to you for all breakages gave up and got credited for the broken tube Your customer services where excellent in replacing the tube. Unfortunatly they were bady let down by the poor quality of the packaging no reinforcement of the tubes in the box coupled with a courier who doesn't seem to understand the word FRAGILE”
