“Quick, next day delivery. Bulbs are specified for use in a cooker hood, which is exactly what I wanted. I was unable to find anything suitable on the high street, but lampshoponline were excellent!”

“Ordered some LED lights which were very competitively priced at LampShopOnline, and requested speedy delivery. Two days later the courier texted to say they had been delivered, which they had not (typical courier companies!). Contacted LampShopOnline who responded very quickly and pleasatly, and sent out a replacement package. This arrived with no issues, well packaged and within good time - lights now installed, very happy with the overall service and quality of product. Thank you.”

“This is the second order I placed this month. The light bulbs were placed in a large jiffy bag in which they have rattled around in transport. The boxes containnig the bulbs are all bashed in. I have yet to try the bulbs but it does not inspire me to order again.”

“We ordered 4 light panels. Flimsy packing, only brown paper with bubble wrapping, no box or cardboard to protect the panels. We received the order with 2 broken panels. However the helpline are very professional and help us sort it out very quickly.”
