very thorough with orders and communication - but a bit too much.
Placed the order, then received an email to confirm, a day later received a phone call to thank for the order, and confirm delivery, receive another 5 emails to advise delivery has been collected, out for despatch, date to be delivered, that it has been delivered. Then a load more emails to review, complete surveys.
A bit too much!
