“I ordered 3 four pin 28watt fluorescent lamps. These arrived promptly but unfortunately one of the lamps had been broken in transit. My telephone call reporting this was dealt with in a very friendly and apologetic manner and the lamp was replaced promptly.”

“I had assumed the tube bulb would be ok as it was very well protected with packaging for postage. But when I actually got around to fitting some four weeks after arrival it did not work. I could hear the filament rolling lose in the tube!”

“Good lights at a good price. Arrived on time. Small issue with drivers but their customer service dealt with the issue rapidly. That's a bit of a rarity in itself nowadays. Can't really fault them at all. Will use again for sure”
