“Ordered a replacement LED tube cheaper than I could get anywhere else. Delivered two days later, brilliantly packaged and in perfect working order. Highly recommended. Don’t bother shopping anywhere else.”

“Firstly, Incredibly fast delivery. Light fitting ordered pm one day. Delivered am the next. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line a heavy weight had been leaned/placed on the package bending it out of shape. I phoned customer services. No nonsense " We will send you a new one" afterI sent photos. Arrived next morning and passes the Ronseal test!”

“Appreciated a bigger choice of colour of the tube light I needed. It was received super quickly but I feel the packaging was inadequate for transit. Four small tube lights in a thin Jiffy bag with no extra padding. I’m hoping they will all work as three were spares.”

“The service was good - no issues. The quality of the lamps also looked good, better than some I have seen, however, the lamps themselves give off a very "orange" coloured light, it's not a white light, more like the old sodium lights that were used thirty plus years ago. I am disappointed to be honest.”

“The goods arrived promptly and were as described, although the 'tubes' could have done with a little more protection in the packaging. I watched the deliverer drop them from the back of his vehicle onto the pavement, and consequently had to test each one to ensure it had not been damaged.”
