“All items arrived smashed . I've Emailed with pictures asking for a returns policy and been ignored. I've called the company and after they confirmed they had my email they said they would respond soon and I still got no reply. I sent a further email asking for my money back and was ignored again so I'm now looking into a legal solution to get my money back . If this is how you think you should treat your customers you deserve to go bankrupt .”

“Bought 10no 8ft LED tubes, Some arrived damaged in transit. I emailed lampshop online, no quibble at all . Replacements sent out immediately . 1st class service.”
