“Good service but I wasn't provided tracking details as promised. A minor point but slightly inconvenient as I had ordered the product for non internet savvy elderly relatives. Also, despite entering different billing and delivery addresses, the confirmation page showed both as being the same, requiring me to phone to confirm the order had gone through correctly.”

“I purchased a lamp kit to set in a piece of beech I turned on my lathe. The items are good quality and I am delighted with them. All that is needed now is the right shade and I shall have a very nice looking lamp on our sideboard. Very happy with the product, service and delivery and I would have no hesitation buying from LampShopOnline again. Thank you.”

“This review relates to purchase in April 2022, having now had time to assess performance. Bought several 4ft LED battens together with 6000K daylight tubes, having previously bought from this company. Bought these to replace existing fluorescent light in workshop The items were delivered promptly and it was a nice simple installation. It was nice to received a call from the company asking how things were going. I did report that the lights caused severe interference with my radios, which was a nuisance. Now that I have been using my workshop more frequently, I have experienced two notable things. 1] It is really useful to have flexible tubes that 'bend' and can take a nasty knock without breaking. 2] They definitely do not provide as much light as the old fluorescents. I have to open the double doors to allow real daylight in to assist - and also have extra lamps on hand for any close up work. This is after installing one more fitting than I had originally. Hopefully, I am using much less electricity. SUMMARY: 1] Not as bright as fluorescent 2] Flexible tubes great for those accidental knocks 3] Interference with radio, which is unresolved. 4] Good price 5] Good service”
