Good service but I wasn't provided tracking details as promised. A minor point but slightly inconvenient as I had ordered the product for non internet savvy elderly relatives. Also, despite entering different billing and delivery addresses, the confirmation page showed both as being the same, requiring me to phone to confirm the order had gone through correctly.
