“The light bulbs arrived with the post only a day after the order was placed, even though I went for the cheaper delivery option. I really appreciate the fast receipt and the fair price that was charged. It was the first time I had placed an order with you but I will be sure to check LampShop Online when next I require similar items.”

“I bought two led 5ft batten light bulbs with fuses unfortunately one had been damaged in transit. After a very short phone call to lampshop customer services and a email the next day I had a replacement. I am very impressed with their team and the products I received they work brilliantly definitely recommend this company”

“Hi My item was sent out last week but sent to the wrong address. It was then sent back to you. The item was allegedly sent out again and allegedly I wasn’t home. This is not true I have 3 cameras on my property and no one tried to deliver my item. Can you please tell me why I haven’t received my goods yet ? I am not happy with the way I have been treated.”
