“Helpful with enquiry and ordered lights arrived on time. Unfortunately one light was faulty but after contacting the company I received the replacement light the following day. Can’t get better service than that! Good company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.”

“Not happy as wanted another 2 which I paid next day delivery on Thursday still not recieved . After calling them told there was a cut off point which in my eyes should not of had to pay extra so let down on time as can't finish job to let you know what I thought of product. Feel let down.”

“The first order didn't work (bad); they sent a replacement the same day (good) but they accidentally sent someone else's order (bad), but they fixed it the same day (good) and they gave me an extra one (good) and they said I could keep the 'wrong' order (good). Everyone messes up occasionally, it's how they fix it that is important.”
