“I feel l should warn people about my online experience I am a busy Dr I ordered a replacement bulb and I ask for Royal Mail 24 delivery When I ask for a tracking number at first they didn’t give me one l then found out it was being delivered by a company called DX They did delivery the parcel in time however l should have been told my parcel wasn’t being delivered by Royal Mail and did l want a refund”

“I ordered some fluorescent battens and tubes, rather than the led equivalent, as I required them for a particular installation. The goods arrived the next day, very well packed and in pristine condition which is always a concern with tubes as they are somewhat fragile, hence my 5 star rating. The online ordering process was straightforward.”
