“Had a problem with my original order some items were damaged sent a photograph of the damage items were replaced promptly and without fuss excellent service would certainly recommend. Thank you”

“Anyone can sell, it is how they deal with problems that separate the good from the slow and bad. I received a faulty unit in a delivery, and provided requested photographic evidence as requested. Not an unreasonable request with so many scammers about. Replacement arrived next day, faster than the original delivery. I have ordered a number of times from Lampshop, this is the first problem I have had with their products, and with this service they are now my go to source for all lighting.”
