“Amazing service, order arrived in plenty of time. Sadly one of the tubes was damaged. Emailed customer service and 2 replacements arrived very shortly afterwards”

“Lamps came in one day. No fault of lamps online but we received it later as Fed Ex left it on the doorstep of a neighbours house despite it been addressed correctly. Our neighbours were out and discovered it the following day and passed it on to us.”
