“Delivered as described, very well secured in quality packaging. LED lights ordered as replacement for SON 70 Watt lamps. LED lamps are bigger than SON, so account for this when replacing them. High quality LED lamps, and very bright.”

“I was advised by a Lamp shop employee which lightbulbs to buy, they were the wrong ones so I had to send them back and £8.99 postage, even though it was not my fault. I did then speak to another employee and sent her pictures of what I wanted. She ordered me a different bulb.”

“Items arrived on time. Star deducted as I felt I had to call to ensure the item was delivered on time; I was informed on calling that the item was already sent, but the status on the website was still at 'Processing'. The tracking was not provided until the very last minute. Nonetheless, I would return. Item was really packed - must add that.”

“I bought three Bright Source 40w LED Panel 3000K - 600mm x 600mm c/w Driver. They seem really good but too early to know how long they will last. One minor gripe...the short mains input cable is not held securely by the cable clamp on all three drivers. I rewired the inputs and found that a thin cable needed duct tape wrapped around it for the cable clamp to grip properly. Despite this I'm going to order two more.”
