“Still no goods arrived and no communication”

“very poor after sales communication, and long lead time. item ordered but have still not been received”

“an order was accepted and charged for.. a day later I was asked to pay extra shipping charges which made the products too expensive.. I was then refunded minus transaction charges from paypal.. So ended up with no products and down money.. 'if you advise accurate shipping costs before payment you would not be putting customers in this position'”

“Ordered 1.4 Watt LED pigmy lamps from lamps2udirect on the 2nd December, product showing as in stock. Chased them on the 17th December and were advised these will be dispatched on the 17th or 18th December. Chased again on the 22nd December advised that they were unable to track parcel on Fedex, we received parcel on the the 23rd December. Disappointing for a product that was shown as "in Stock" at the time of order and took 3 weeks to arrive.”

“Okay service but unfortunately what I ordered did not match the photo of the item on the website. It meant that the angle of the lamp head could only be altered front to back but not left to right. This would not have been a problem if the item had been constructed squarely but it was not, and with no way of adjusting it otherwise I was forced to send it back.”

“After receiving the order, I wrote to you as follows; Order well received - thank you. One slight problem, the Replica Diplomat 343 mm Smilight Fitting is almost perfect, apart from the built in small on/off switch, which protrudes just enough to make it impossible to fit the holder inside the kitchen glass cabinet it’s intended for - it prevents the glass shelf positioned above from fitting flush/level…… Have you got an identical item without the light switch please?" Your answer was: "they are all like that unfortunately, i.e. with a light switch" ...which does not really solve my problem...it'd been good to have a constructive comment along the lines of "we shall try to locate one (without the switch) for you and reverting asap" - don't you agree?”
