“Ordered lamps money taken when lamps were out of stock then waited over a week for items I needed urgently. Wouldn't recommend”

“Ordered lightbulbs more than a month ago, after some follow up I was told 10 days ago that the order had just been shipped (no tracking number provided). But nothing received so far and no response to my follow ups.”

“Vey disappointed in the colour of the lamps. I had chosen a pale pink but the ones that arrived are a bright pinkish/orange so not really suitable for what I wanted.”

“Order arrived promptly and undamaged. Unfortunately, the bulb must have been faulty and blew the fuse in the plug of the lamp straight out of the box. We didn't want to risk trying the other bulbs in the order. We know the lamp isn't faulty as we managed to get another bulb which worked fine.”

“Placed order rang several times after the expected date of delivery to be told the items are not in stock they are awaiting delivery but were unsure has to when they would be in. In the end I cancelled the order why take orders when they dont have the items in stock.”

“My company ordered 2 light fittings for one of our customers that Lamps2udirect website said was in stock. No delivery of light nearly 2 weeks later so contacted Lamps2udirect for an update to be told lights were no longer available from the manufacturer. No communication about the out of stock and unavailable lights, I only became aware of this because I contacted them direct.”

“Bought 4 halogen light bulbs thinking that they would be of better quality than those offered on the most popular online shopping site. But, the first one I used failed after 2 week’s of use - only used for 3 hours a day. So, next time I’ll spend the same money at the rival website and get twice as many if they are going to be this unreliable.”
