We received a broken lamp that Lamps2udirect.com would not take back for disposal. As it contains mercury I am unable to dispose of it. I would appreciate some follow up on this, and if you can send a label so I can return it that would be a good outcome.

On 9 November I received email that the bulbs had been shipped. Never received. When I called, the gentlemen stated that the supply was less than the amount required and that the they where not shipped. Stated that they should have in during the first week of December and will ship at that time. Hope that is the case. But still have no bulbs.

This was my second order from Lamps2udirect.com. Neither order seems to have been despatched until I chased uo to find out why I had not received delivery about 2 weeks after placing the order. the response to my complaint was quick and friendly and the goods correct and suitable quality both times.

Installed one of the bulbs and after a few weeks it stopped working, replaced it with another of your bulbs, here's hoping that the first one was a one off faulty item.

The order was for 60 lamps. I received only 59 and no one bothered replying when I asked for a refund. It has been over 10 days since I wrote to them.

Having ordered and paid in full after three days and non arrival of goods had to chase twice to find out when I would receive. As given no confirmed date just you will receive shortly it has now ended up at the post office to collect as no one in. So as to the goods still yet to find out if I am satisfied !

Hello Stephen, Thank you for the review. We received the items ordered in error back today. We can only refund items on our receipt. They also need to be checked to ensure they are in re-sellable condition. Your paperwork is now in our accounts department and the refund will be shortly. Thanks again!
I bought 5 bulbs which lasted for two evenings then they "went" so not very happy, I may have bought the wrong bulbs and they burnt out but the others on the lamp are still fine.

The lamps do not switch on and off through touch we have to switch off at mains. We would of returned them but have gone on holiday so have accepted them as they are!!

Thank you so much for leaving us feedback. My guess would be you have purchased a lamp that is not compatible with touch dimmer switches. Possibly even a non-dim LED lamp? We can only deal with these issues when we are contacted directly, so it is a shame we only get two stars on this occasion. Thank you for the time taken to do this though.
I am waiting for delivery for one of the items - apparently end of June, and yet the money has already been taken from me! Also the other item which is paid for is now not in stock. I would not have ordered anything that was not in stock. Why not debit your customer when you are putting their order up for delivery?

We ordered on the 2nd Feb we still haven't been informed if our item has been despatched also have rung twice and just got answer machine left message and no one has rung me back yet.
