“Shown as in stock on line, ordered, paid for it only to be told product no longer available. Admittedly I did get a full refund but still a waste of time ordering and then re-ordering again elsewhere”

“Purchased 2 lamps: 1 working, one faulty. Replaced faulty lamp with one which was doa. Tested before shipping, so must conclude damaged in transit. I deduce from this that these lamps cannot withstand the rigours of shipping. I've given up on this and will in the future buy from Screwfix and collect myself.”

“assumed items in stock when I placed my order - not the case- after waiting some time on a response - I had to contact them by telephone to find they were waiting on a supplier and were unable to give me a dispatch date - I immediately cancelled and went elsewhere”

“Order delayed without no communication by. Items showing as 'in stock' on the website were in fact not in stock. Another company with no real time stock control. To be fair, customer services were prompt to issue a refund when alerted to the situation. Would not use again however.”
