“Good morning, along with saying hello, I attach my experience of purchasing a lamp, the product has been delayed for too long in being shipped and now I have received an email informing me that it is in Spain, since I live in Chile, as it was registered at the address. that I registered at the time of making the purchase, I hope that it is part of the route to reach the destination and that it is lost. “The price of the bulbs were very competitive hence the purchase. The delivery service unfortunately is let down by the use of Royal Mail but this comes as no surprise as I have experienced this situation before. It is usually the last day of suggested delivery or after the deadline before I receive goods when suppliers use Royal Mail. On this occaision it was at the end of the day on the last day of suggested delivery schedule.”
