“Lamps sent out by Royal Mail who delivered them to the wrong address. Royal Mail insisted they had been delivered even though their delivery picture showed a completely different house. Martin at Lamps2udirect sent a replacement order ASAP. Excellent service”

Hello John, Thank you for leaving us a review. Your order was a for a 'Pre-Order' item, which was not listed in stock. The order was cancelled a few days later and we issued a full refund on the 20th of July - Are you checking the correct card? Please contact us directly and we will work together to get this resolved, although, the fund will issued immediately on request.
