an order was accepted and charged for.. a day later I was asked to pay extra shipping charges which made the products too expensive.. I was then refunded minus transaction charges from paypal.. So ended up with no products and down money.. 'if you advise accurate shipping costs before payment you would not be putting customers in this position'
