Wrong transformers delivered. When the correct transformers arrived they were wired incorrectly.

Placed 3 orders for some lightbulbs with no issues, website said they were in stock. Weeks later still no sign of the goods or any email to confirm shipping, when I chased this, I was informed all 3 of my orders were cancelled due to no stock - I wasn't informed of this. We received the refund fine but in the time it took for me to chase I could have ordered from elsewhere. Disappointing.

I ordered (2)fluorescent under cabinet light tubes, they were very packed,in a tube and bubble wrapped--unfortunately both were already rattleing obviously broken. The company's policy is to inform them within 48hrs of any breakages which I was unable to do for various reasons(my fault). I will now look to a electrician to replace all my lights to LED

I ordered 5 watt daylight LED bulbs. What I received did not appear to daylight i.e. too yellow or 5W not bright enough!

Ordered on April 11 but still no delivery and no information as to when I might receive the items.

Hello David - This is a 'Pre-Order' item. Sylvania are quoting us mid-June for delivery. We can cancel and refund, if you want?
some items missing, some items suddenly not in stock after they were ordered. So not impressed really!

I wanted to like this Company, but unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. I ordered Osram lamps, and, without letting me know, they substituted another manufacturer’s product without asking me first. I ended up having to return the lamps and waited quite some time for a refund. Friendly communication though, so maybe I was just unlucky.

You took an order for stock you did not have and then did not provide any form of communication regarding the order until I contacted you to ask where why nothing had been delivered. I award 2 out of 5 rather than one because you refunded the cost quickly and efficiently.

I am still waiting, for over 6 weeks for the lamps to arrive. i understand the manufacturer is out ouf stock of the type of lamp I want.

I ordered 2 small cooker hood bulbs . The first delivery I received contained one broken bulb. In my opinion the packaging was inadequate. I contacted the company who promptly put a replacement bulb in the post. This was packaged in a very similar way. The replacement bulb was also damaged. I gave up.

Delivery was very slow indeed and there was at least one faulty bulb (so far) in the batch ordered :-0(

I cancelled the order as the bulbs were out of stock. I requested a refund on 6 April and still don't have this despite emailing you again about this.

Very poor service from Lamps2udirect. I ordered some lamps which turned out not to be in stock which was not made clear at the time of purchase. After waiting a week with no goods or updated I emailed and was told that the lamps would be in on the Friday and I would have them the following week. After waiting another week and another email I was informed that the lamps were sent out and should be with me “imminently” , two days later I received a dispatch notification for the lamps !! . As an electrician I need companies I can trust and rely on , Lamps2udirect are not one of those.

Not a great experience with Lamps2udirect.com. I ordered lamps and after a week or so of no delivery or correspondence I email and was told the lamps were not in stock and would be in on the Friday. After a further week still no delivery or correspondence another email sent and I was informed that goods were dispatched and should be with me imminently !! Two days later I get a your good have been dispatched email. Finally the goods arrived. Not a great service and as an electrical contractor I need a company I can rely on.
