“Issued a partial refund quickly, however their packaging or delivery partner needs to up their game. Ordered 2 lamps. 1 arrived correctly, 1 was the wrong lamp and also arrived broken. They sent out a replacement for the incorrect/broken lamp and this also arrived broken. We agreed on a 50% refund that they paid immediately.”

“First time I used Lamps2udirect, and not the best service, took weeks to recieve the full order, (yes I accepted the wait), when the order arrived they were not GE branded as the site suggested, they were chinese knock offs but GE prices, tried to call them to discuss, phones went to answer machine. Ok service but not very professional.”

“One of the few suppliers where I could buy the older type filament light to fit my old chandelier. However the first two of the bubs I tried both failed after a very short time. I put that down to an unfortunate pack and decided not to persue it. I have used the company before with no problems.”

“Bit disappointed. I bought replacement bulbs for my cooker hood, one arrived broken and was promptly replaced 😀. Meanwhile the remaining one was fitted to the cooker hood and lasted about a week 😞. I did contact via technical email but alas no response. The remaining bulb has been fitted and is so far working. In general this com0any is good and reasonably priced, but it is frustrating when bulbs blow so quickly. My experience? A bit of a mixed bag.”

“Bulbs GES E40 300W 240V Clear for Church Floodlamps x6off £36.90 Ordered 2nd Oct arrived courtesy of royal snail std (TWO weeks) service or should I say survived as not so well packaged (see photo) 16+ Oct 2025) as the over strong elastic band caused the bulbs to be expelled from their individual cartons, I suggest that an appropriate collective tape bands them together that doesn't crush the packaging be utilised. These have still as yet to be installed as they will only replace failed ones as and when there are at least two required as the cost of electricians is uneconomical one at a time as they are fitted some 30ft up (hence why this review has been delayed). The bulbs have some markings '240V 300W CE UK CA' advertised as Schiefer brand sounds Germanic but believed to be of Chinese manufacture however these will be monitored regarding there worthiness. All for now......... And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. Mark 13:37”

“Ordered lamp for an urgent delivery. After 4 days didn't have any confirmation of when it is coming. Contacted them and had an email to say it will be with you tomorrow. Then got an email from deliverers to say it will be over another week. Contacted supplier as I needed it fast and was told I will be refunded and recalled and fortunately I didn't reorder as I was going away. A week later it was delivered and hadn't been cancelled at all. I accepted it but not happy with no communication and false delivery claims. Product is good though”

“Your customer service is very good but I am disappointed because the bulb you sent me is no good for my touch lamp. I asked for a touch lamp bulb but it stays on permanently and doesn't work on a touch lamp. So hence the disappointment 😞”
