“Delivery of lamps much delayed by shortage of stock. This fact could have been forwarded to this customer without the customer having to make an enquiry of the late delivery of his order.”

“The price of the bulbs were very competitive hence the purchase. The delivery service unfortunately is let down by the use of Royal Mail but this comes as no surprise as I have experienced this situation before. It is usually the last day of suggested delivery or after the deadline before I receive goods when suppliers use Royal Mail. On this occaision it was at the end of the day on the last day of suggested delivery schedule.”
