“I would have given 5 stars - hadn’t been for a substantial shipping delay, as the items were marked as dispatched although they hadn’t. Nevertheless, that was remediated by apologies and a fast dispatch down the line. Thank you.”

“Found website online. Competitive prices for UVB Vivarium lamps. Ordered 4, paid , got confirmation email. Delivery was not the fastest I’ve experienced, to the point where I was beginning to wonder if it was a scam site. However, I received a dispatch email, but still took another week or more to arrive. Lamps were in A1 condition, well packed, and all working perfectly, so worth the wait.”

“Strip light supplied but the connecting pins on one didn't match the spacing at the power connections and couldn't be used. The fault resulted in the tube lighting at ends only. Presumably the mismatch was to blame. The unit has now been replaced by a Led unit of different make.”
