“Strip light supplied but the connecting pins on one didn't match the spacing at the power connections and couldn't be used. The fault resulted in the tube lighting at ends only. Presumably the mismatch was to blame. The unit has now been replaced by a Led unit of different make.”

“Competitively priced, quick delivery, excellent customer service, ordered a variety of fluorescent light tubes for my kitchen unit's. One was a dispatch in error i.e. wrong code, contacted C/S via email, received the correct tube the following day.”

“Seem good quality bulbs. They were the cheapest I could find online (though I didn't even look at the big Chinese websites where i expect i could have found cheaper - though rubbishy - ones) and the company look specialist and decent. Arrived well packaged. But delivery was very slow, though within their promised time. But they really took a long time to arrive and I don't see why it should take that long, which is why I've dropped a star.”

“I could not obtain the fluorescent tubes I required locally and was able to order them on line from yourselves. Although it took about2 weeks for delivery to Northern Ireland I received the goods in good condition and well packaged.”
