“Image and description on their site was from a different product! Ordered multiple Robus Ramada lights, received Robus Ultimum Express instead Asked for free postage to return, and they told me the product name had a "Now Rulx-01" suffix and they expected me to understand this was a different product! While description and image on their site was from Robus Ramada... This looks like false advertising to me. They are perfectly aware of this - their claim about the 10 symbol suffix was "This is advised on our website, in your order confirmation and even in your despatch confirmation below". This way I've wasted my time and will waste money for returns, so suggest to think twice before ordering anything from them in case there is a tiny remark somewhere which changes which product you get”

I sent them an email telling I wasn't aware there was additional fees and that I wanted to cancel the order. It now 1month, I sent them at least 4email and still no response from them.. “I ordered an item which was listed as in stock. After waiting a considerable period of time (3weeks), I chased it up. Then said it was on back order but should be in shortly. Again, I chased up and still not in stock. However, the website continues to say the item is in stock. Not a great experience. In the end I cancelled the order.”
