“The light fitting for under the kitchen units was discontued and advised the replacement which was ideal for what I required. I was sent the fitting very promptly and advised if any further information to call them.Will use lamp2udirect again.”

“As the manufacturer of the fluorescent type bulbs had discontinued them, I was relieved to find that an LED type bulb is now available as otherwise I would have had to buy complete new fittings. I ordered just 1 to make sure that the fit was perfect but it was not particularly clear that stock was not available at that time yet I had to pay in full. The order was placed on the 5th of September but was not received until the 19th of October. In the meantime, on the 7th of October, I received an invitation to Review the Company. On querying this, I was advised that this was an error by the Review Company, not the Company itself. Having now received the bulb, I have tested it and found it is an ideal replacement. As such, I have now placed an additional order so that I can replace them all when the next one of those installed fails. This is because being of different technology, although their specification is very similar, there is a difference in their appearance when lit.”
