“Unfortunately using Lanps2udirect was the worst decision that I made. I ordered items that were showed to be as in stock, received part of the order a week later. One of the tubes were broken, the lamps were well packaged, so I don't believe it was due to the delivery. I sent an email to cancel part of the order, as I had to purchase the items locally to complete a job over a week from purchase date, some more items arrived a couple of days after that email with a response that they did not receive my cancellation email. I asked for a refund for the items that I didn't receive and the broken tube, the amount refunded didn't match the amounts paid for the items not received. I have tried numerous times to contact them via phone, and I have sent emails asking them to contact me to resolve the issue. Due to being a VAT registered company I require VAT invoices and credit notes, which I requested via email and no response. I always judge a company by how they respond to resolve issues that may arise, in this case it has been extremely poor, and I feel I have been left no option but to contact my bank for further advice to retrieve my outstanding funds.”

“You having a laugh. never got my item and your requesting a review! I had to have a refund after you sent wrong item, then not sending correct item 6 weeks later had to get refund through PayPal resolution centre because you’d stopped responding communication was ok just never got the goods just lots of lame excuses. I’ve still got the lamps you sent me but the box is more use to me. If you don’t have them in stock you should say so. Also ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE!!!”

“My order was lost in the post for quite some time. It took a while for them to get the bulb returned by Royal Mail and only then I was sent a replacement. I would have preferred one sent in the meantime. As it was only a low value item. It did come promptly on the second attempt.”

“I ordered a product on 11th January to which I thought was a stock item. Having had zero correspondence from them I called on 6th February to enquire where my order was. I had a very civilised and polite conversation with a representative explaining they still had no stock of this product but we’re expecting delivery late February. I have accepted this and await the goods. I’m disappointed that I have to wait this long without any correspondence from them whatsoever.”
