“After a brief hiccup due to stock replenishment,received my lamp. Pleased and satisfied. Would buy from this company again if need be.”

“I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to review something that I never received. I ordered a plug for a circular light and a circular tube, they should have both been in stock, but after waiting a week no delivery, they had the tube but not the plug, which would take 4 weeks. I said I would wait until they had the full order, but then a couple of weeks later, without any contact, my money was refunded. Then I'm asked to rate my purchase. I'm sure Lamps2udirect deserves better than my score. They just need to check before sending out review requests.”

“The 5 stars here is not for the product as such but for the responsive customer service. The fluorescent tube I ordered was at first unavailable and when it did arrive it turned out I had ordered the wrong size and I had to return it. But at every stage the company responded promptly to my enquiries and were as helpful as they could be.”
