“Royal Mail caused us both problems, by making the delivery, finding no one in at the customer's address, leaving the order in a safe place (good, but not agreed beforehand) and not leaving a note to say they had done so. Lamps2udirect.com went to a great deal of effort to find out what had happened, for a small order, from a new customer. It would have been much easier just to send a replacemnt order. Effort greatly appreciated”
