I ordered my bulbs 05/12/22 the confirmation said: This e-mail is to confirm receipt of your order. If there are any problems with delivery, i.e If the items purchased are out of stock, we will contact you as quickly as possible. I sent an email 15/12/22 as my bulbs had not arrived. This was the answer: Thank you for your email. Apologies for the delay on this order. We did need to order more of these lamps in. Stock is due into us tomorrow. These will be despatched for you tomorrow and you should expect them by early next week. I sent an email 19/12/22 to ask if my bulbs had been despatched. This was the answer:They arrived, but too late to go out on the same day! They will be leaving today though on a first class service. Thanks again for your patience. I sent an email 28/12/22 as my bulbs had not arrived. This was the answer:I am so sorry for the delay on this order - You have been very patient.These were dispatched via Royal Mail, but I would have expected you to have received them by now! We are out of the office until next week, but I would be happy to resend the order, if you can confirm your delivery address. I will use a first class service to despatch and these will leave next Tuesday, when we return from Christmas! I received my order 05/01/23, the bulbs were in a box without packing or paperwork. I would not order from this company again.
