“A very honest hard working small company. I had a slight delay in my order that was unfortunately out of their control but after an email exchange I was not only emailed but called to personally apologize and explain the situation. It's things like that, that make you feel like a valued customer (Issue on this occasion were the Royal Mail Strikes causing delays at both ends. I'm not naming and shaming but wanted to show where the delay were as it may have impacted others).”
