“HALOGEN BULBS ARE HARD TO FIND FOR SOME REASON? THEY HAVE A BROAD SELECTION HERE OF BAYONET & SCREW 40W,60W & 100W (OLD RATING EQUIVELENT). WE ALSO GOT GOT SOME SMALL SCREW CANDLE BULBS FOR MY WIFES FANCY LIGHT. IT WAS OBVIOUS THE BOX HAD BEEN ROUGH HANDLED AT THE PARCELFORCE DEPOT & TEN BULBS WERE BROKEN & FOUR WERE INTACT BUT NOT WORKING. 11 HAD BITS INIDE & RATTLED BUT ALL WORKED PERFECTLY = MARTIN TOLD ME THAT IS NORMAL DUE TO MANUFACTURING. MARTINS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXEMPLARY & OF A HIGH STANDARD & WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE TWICE & EXCHANGED EMAILS & HE GAVE US A FULL REFUND ON THE DAMAGED BULBS. SADLY SOME DELIVERY FIRMS ARE LIKE THE WILD WEST WITH VERY STRESSED PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE WORKERS. FOR CONTEXT WE BOUGHT £271.25 OF BULBS SO THE MAJORITY WERE FINE & UNDAMAGED. = I STOCKED UP IN CASE HALOGEN BULBS GET PHASED OUT.............UNLIKE FLOURESCENT & LEDS WHICH EMIT FREQUENCIES THAT ARE HARMFUL TO HUMANS = HALOGENS ARE SAFE.....................& THEY LAST FAR LONGER THAN THE OLD INCANDESCENT TYPE. = GREATEST VALUE. I WILL HAPPILY USE LAMPS2UDIRECT AGAIN FOR THEIR SELECTION,CUSTOMER SERVCE & GREAT VALUE. THANK YOU MARTIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.”

“We purchased some stage light bulbs which arrived quickly and intact having been well packed. Unfortunately due to the age of our equipment the bulbs didn't last very long but customer services were excellent and gave us good advice in conjunction with the manufacturer of the bulbs as well as kindly sending us out replacements free of charge even though they could have just left us to it.”
