“Recently purchased 2 bags of Evergreen No Rake Moss Remover 100m2. The advert says 20kg bags - but they are only 14kg. Still not a bad price - but surprised that as of today they are still being incorrectly advertised as 20kg. Also advertised as 100m2 - but various bag weights claim this coverage - and having purchased this product from various suppliers in recent years have yet to find a variation in product quality - in which case the kg weight needs correcting!”

“Would have been a 5 star if they had informed us that there was a problem with our order rather than us having to contact them because we had not received anything. Transpires it had not been processed as out of stock. Very apologetic and professional. Once in stock received within a couple of days. Very happy with product received.”

“I bought a cooker hood bulb that was possibly faulty. So I contacted Lamps2udirect. After speaking with Martin, he kindly sent me out another which is still working just now. I can't fault the service or the products which some like the bulb I needed couldn't find it anywhere else. And the professional customer service was out of this world. I would highly recommend this online shop and will use them in future. Would give 10 stars 🌟 but its only a rating up to 5”

“ordered 2 sets of lamps. After 3 days I had heard nothing past the initial auto acknowledgement of the order, so I contacted to ask about progress. I received a dismissive e-mail reminding me about the published timescale being 5 to 7 days. At 6 days I had not even had a note saying the order was being packed. so I wrote again saying how dismissive they were and to cancel the order as it hadn't even been started at that point. They wrote back arguing that they hadn't been dismissive and agreed to refund the money - no mention of the fact that they hadn't progressed the order. Ended up getting the lamps from Wickes at a similar price.”
