“Lamps2udirect provided a fast and efficient purchase to delivery service. My problem is that the external security lamp I chose is not as good and as easy to set up as previous security lamps I've purchased but are no longer available. Whilst too late to change my lamp following installation I wouldn't buy it again but would use Lamps2udirect.”

Upon purchasing was told the listing on the website was actually for a pre-order and there was an error on the website., not really ideal for an e-commerce company to not have a fully functioning website. Refund was processed quickly so I appreciate that however not a great experience.”

“Image and description on their site was from a different product! Ordered multiple Robus Ramada lights, received Robus Ultimum Express instead Asked for free postage to return, and they told me the product name had a "Now Rulx-01" suffix and they expected me to understand this was a different product! While description and image on their site was from Robus Ramada... This looks like false advertising to me. They are perfectly aware of this - their claim about the 10 symbol suffix was "This is advised on our website, in your order confirmation and even in your despatch confirmation below". This way I've wasted my time and will waste money for returns, so suggest to think twice before ordering anything from them in case there is a tiny remark somewhere which changes which product you get”
