“I would never deal with this company again! Worst customer service ever!”

“I have ordered a transformer and after 10 weeks still waiting for it to be delivered. No communication for Lamps2udirect, the only direct to date is my money direct to there bank account.”

“I was sent the wrong fitting on the bulbs I ordered, they were screwed instead of bayonet fittings. It took over 2weeks to get my money back. In an email they said they sent the nearest to what I ordered, then they told me that the bayonet fitting weren’t available. Not very professional in my opinion.”

Hello Derek, These lamps were not listed as 'In Stock' They have been listed for 'Pre-Order' since March this year. You would have even clicked on the words 'Pre-Order' when you placed the order online.

“It would be good to review this order if only I could have received it. Ordered on 7th March 2022 order no. L2U-0322-152170. I expected a delay as delivery has been affecting most business's but this is far from normal. I would not reccomend Lamps2udirect.com unless this problem is resolved........regards Kevin Payne”
