Never purchased anything due to high cost of delivery

The first bulb went black after a day. I exchanged it for another one. It lasted 4 days. The third one faired better at 8 days. I exchanged it for a bulb from a different supplier. Which is still going strong with no issues.

The actual product and the packing are great but the delivery is so very slow. I think if the company could jack up their dispatch and delivery times they would increase their satisfaction rating enormously.

Low energy lightbulbs give me headachs so we still use the old-style incandescent ones. I bought had such high hopes that these bulbs would be good but, sadly, one of the first two we took out of their boxes was coroded and within 15 minutes whole room smelled of burning plastic. We removed the bulbs and have had to resort to low energy ones. I'd like to send the whole order back to you because who knows how many of the other bulbs are coroded and, frankly, I'm not going ot open every one to find out.

I ordered a light bulb payed for next day delivery still took five days to come and it came smashed asked for a refund and after numerous emails and 7 weeks later I finally got my refund fair to say I won’t be ordering again from your company

Been over a month still not had my order delivered. They didn't have it in stock yet money was taken and now I'm chasing it up.

recieved no goods for money sent, was asked to pay more for freight which I wanted to do but could not. No way of communicating. Revise review: sent reply to your email to find it was no reply, the meat of it said I still want what i ordered, I cannot find a way to make the webpage you sent accept payment for freight. As far as I know nothing has been resolved.

Sadly, our website only accepts orders within the UK. We ask overseas customers to contact us before ordering, so we can advise the additional costs in advance. This is n both our terms and conditions and delivery information. Sadly, we do not offer International deliveries for the same price as a domestic order.
I don't trust the company based on my experience. Ordered lights which looked good value, having taken the order I got an email saying they were out of stock (so why did the website still show stock available), alternative was much more expensive.

Hello Russell, Thank you for leaving us a review - The item you ordered in not in stock though, and we do not show it as 'In stock' It is listed for 'PRE-ORDER' We have contacted you directly to confirm the delivery schedule.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - LOADS OF OTHER REPUTABLE, GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE! I am not the only one as returns are marked "Difficult"! Sent wrong item, knowing it was unavailable. He was arrogant and rude. Clearly hates customers and not interested in customer service. Will no doubt reply how everything was obvious and not his fault..... BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. I think they believe they have never got it wrong!

Returns are always going to be difficult when you order the wrong product and do not check the product description. We are still waiting for your return to come back - Did you manage to fit it and get it working?

I bought some 4-pin to screw bulb adapters. They didn't work and the screw bulbs failed to light up.

Hello Ian - If you have been using 4-Pin fluorescent lamps, these will run from control gear (ballast etc) Standard lamps or LEDs do not run from control gear, so if you are using one of these lamps to convert, that will be why you are experiencing issues. We have not heard from you directly regarding this issue, but we would be happy to have these back, if you cannot use them?
I still have yet to receive my items as well as no response to my questions regarding where they are at, ordered a little over a month ago now. Paid extra for shipping to the states. Would be nice for a representative to reach out as I have tried.
